Komora ta jest przeznaczona do wst\u0119pnego przygotowania pr\u00f3bek, np. przeprowadzenia procesu eksfoliacji mechanicznej kryszta\u0142\u00f3w obj\u0119to\u015bciowych. W drugiej, w pe\u0142ni zautomatyzowanej komorze wype\u0142nionej azotow\u0105 atmosfer\u0105 ochronn\u0105 o st\u0119\u017ceniu tlenu i pary wodnej poni\u017cej 0,5 ppm zamkni\u0119ty zosta\u0142 z
